What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?

Annual is a single upfront payment for 12 months at the headline rate. Monthly is no commitment, cancel any time, approximately 20% higher per month than the annual rate.

When is my card charged?

On signup the card is captured but the first payment runs 7 days later. Our team uses that window to provision and verify your account before billing begins.

Are there per-call or per-minute fees?

Each size includes a monthly minute allowance (1,500 / 3,000 / 6,000 min/mo for sizes 10 / 20 / 40, or double on Front Desk). Inbound stays within your allowance plus fair use; outbound overage rules apply once you exceed your size's allowance.

Is there a setup fee?
